We advise our clients on complying with current environmental regulations in the Dominican Republic, evaluating the environmental impact of their commercial activity and preparing the necessary reports for the corresponding authorities, which will allow the implementation of projects that by their nature have a direct impact on the environment.
Our involvement continues beyond obtaining the required permits and extends to advising on the implementation of an environmental management system, which maintains operations in compliance with environmental regulations during implementation, environmental audits, project launch and regular project operations.
We also provide legal assistance in cases where our customers are being held responsible for causing environmental damage through their operations.
